The Air conditioning was a lifesaver during our stay.

The Air conditioner wasn't working properly for our first night, and it made the stay uncomfortable. We also faced communication issues, as the hostess spoke no English, adding to the frustration. Minor details, such as the unattended Wi-Fi, made it difficult to stay connected, which was a real hassle during our trip.

I had a wonderful 2-night stay in a Double Room, perfectly situated in a quiet area within walking distance of Piazza San Marco and close to a vaporetto station. The room was clean and well-equipped with amenities like a refrigerator and microwave, which made my stay comfortable, especially traveling with kids. Nicola, the manager, was incredibly helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a great experience. The only minor issue was the lack of a traditional reception area, but it didn't hinder our stay at all.
